PAYMENT INFO

Paypal payments are preferable & you can purchase your order with either your Paypal account funds or using any major credit card. International customers must use Paypal.

Postal Order, Bank Transfer (Bacs) or Cheques This type of payment can be used by UK customers only. Please email us first to let us know which item(s) you require & we will try to reserve it for you. (Please note: Bank Transfer usually takes between 2-3 days and Cheques will take approximately 7 working days to clear).

REFUNDS/RETURNS  At this moment in time we do not give refunds or accept returns, so please ensure you are happy to make your purchase before buying. Also please read descriptions carefully & take note of item measurements.

POSTAGE INFO

Most orders are mailed within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) once they have been processed and payment has been received. If you need your order by a certain time or date, please leave a note in the checkout or email us and we'll do our best to get your order out asap. Please bear in mind the time it takes to process your order.

UK Orders. We only charge one delivery fee (£4.95) no matter how big your order. Delivery is Free however on all orders over £100. We send all items via Royal Mail signed for post.

International Orders . We only charge one delivery fee (£6.95 Europe, £8.45 Rest of the World) no matter how big your order. Delivery is NOT free for International customers. We send all items via international signed for Airmail post.
